Why a privacy policy?
In compliance with the obligations deriving from European legislation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, this website www.innervoid.net respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, putting appropriate measures in place to protect their rights.
This privacy policy applies only to the online activities of this website and is valid for its visitors and users. It does not apply to other websites that users may reach through links, such as Steam, GOG, Humble, YouTube, Discord, X or Facebook, which have their own policies.
The purpose of this statement is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information the website collects and how it is used.
Data controller
Visiting this website may result in the processing of data concerning identified or identifiable persons. The data controller is Innervoid Interactive S.r.l., with registered office in Via Mazzaglia 24, 95030 Nicolosi (CT), Italy.
Place where data is processed
The processing operations related to this website are carried out by Innervoid Interactive exclusively by technical staff in charge of the processing, or by persons tasked with occasional maintenance activities. The website is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), which acts as a data processor for hosting services.
No data resulting from the website is communicated or disseminated.
Categories of processed data
Navigation data
The information systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is inherent to Internet communication protocols.
This data category includes IP addresses and/or domain names of the computers used by visitors, the URI addresses of the requested resources, the time of the requests, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the returned file, the numerical code of the server response and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
Such information is not collected in order to be associated with identified persons. It is used only to check the correct functioning of the website and is kept in the hosting provider's technical logs for the time strictly necessary, except where it is needed to establish liability in case of computer crimes against the website.
Data provided voluntarily by users (contact form)
When users write to us through the contact form, on the basis of a freely chosen, explicit and voluntary option, we receive their name, e-mail address and the content of the message. The form forwards these data by e-mail to our internal mailbox; they are not stored in any database on the website.
These data are used only to reply to the request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and are never used for marketing or newsletters. They are kept for the time necessary to handle the request. To protect the form against spam, the server temporarily keeps a non-reversible fingerprint of the sender's IP address for one hour.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies: neither technical, analytics nor profiling cookies. It does not use Google Analytics or any other tracking system. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
Third-party content
The trailer is provided by YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode and is loaded only when the user clicks “Watch trailer”: from that moment YouTube may process data according to its own policy. If some game images are not available on our server, they may be loaded from Steam (Valve Corporation) servers, which then receive the visitor's IP address.
Optional data provision
Apart from navigation data, users are free to provide their personal data when contacting us. Failure to provide such data may only make it impossible to reply to the request.
Processing arrangements
Personal data is processed with automated means for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent data from being lost, used unlawfully or inappropriately, or accessed without authorization.
Data subjects' rights
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and national regulations, users may at any time exercise the following rights, within the limits established by current legislation:
- access to their personal data (Art. 15);
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
- erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- data portability (Art. 20);
- objection to processing on legitimate grounds (Art. 21);
- lodging a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
All requests can be sent through the contact form or by post to Innervoid Interactive S.r.l., Via Mazzaglia 24, 95030 Nicolosi (CT), Italy.
Accuracy of information
Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, errors may occasionally occur. Innervoid Interactive does not assume any liability for direct or indirect damages suffered by users or third parties caused by the use or non-use of the information published here.
